How our articles are made
Our articles are created with the support of AI writing tools. Our team then reviews and edits every article against fixed guidelines: honest, easy to understand, respectful of different paths, and without promises of healing or cure.
Where an article touches on health, we draw on recognised sources such as health authorities and peer-reviewed research and list them at the end. Conversations from our podcast are summarised in the guests' own words and attributed to them.
