Register:

How can I register?

Anyone can register. All services and tools are free of charge.

To sign up, click on „REGISTER“ or „JOIN FOR FREE“ and enter your information.

You have the option to register as a vendor or as a private user. After entering your information, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm your registration.

What can I do if my registration failed?

If your registration failed, please send an email with a short description of the error message to support@worldangels.de. In most cases the registration fails because of a typo in your email address and therefore the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address.

Membership:

Types of memberships:

We distinguish between "private users" and "Business users / providers".

Private users usually use different profiles than providers. Providers are persons or legal entities looking to develop business relationships and acting with the goal to provide their services on a professional level (commercially or independently).

All memberships are free of charge.

How can I edit my profile?

To edit your profile, log on and select the „PROFILE“ option located on the white box on the upper right of the page. You will be able from three different options: My Profile – edit PROFILE – MY SETTINGS

Edit PROFILE: This field allows you to enter your first name, last name, address, personal details and any other information about your services and offerings. After completing the form, select “save PROFILE” to save all entered information. Please note that it may take a while for the server to gather and save all data and update the page.

This field allows you to edit your user name, email address, password, profile picture, notification settings and the sending times (SENDERINTERVALL). After completing the form, select “save PROFILE” to save all entered information.

I keep getting emails with user questions, how can I turn off this function?

Go to EDIT MY PROFILE. At the bottom, select the box "notify me when questions come in" („Bei Fragen informiert werden“). Select NO to disable the notifications. Please note that you will receive no more client questions when turning off this function.

How can I change my password?

To changes your password, go to PROFILE and then select SETTINGS

How can I change my profile image?

To change your profile image, go to PROFILE, select SETTINGS, and select the button the change your image.

Mailbox:

How can I send messages?

To send messages, go to PROFILE, select MESSAGES (on the bottom of the box), and choose COMPOSE A NEW MESSAGE.

Groups:

Create a Group

It is easy to create a group: On the main navigation of the homepage, first select COMMUNITY and then GROUPS.

How can I add posts to groups?

To add a post or article to a group, you have to be a member of the group you want to write about or share information with. To join the group, please click on COMMUNITY on the top navigation of the page select GROUPS and then MENU (this button is located above the group indication image). Go to the menu item NEWS to read existing group post and add new posts. To compose a new post, click on "COMPOSE NEWS," then enter the information you want to share with the group and press SUBMIT.

Past group posts

Past posts do not disappear. The group homepage only shows the latest, greatest contributions. However, all posts can be found in the section "GROUP ACTIVITIES" and then "GROUP NEWS".

New group features

World Angels has added several new features, including new group activities:
Click on „COMMUNITY“, and select „GROUPS“ to see an overview of all existing groups.
The search button on the right „FIND GROUPS“ allows you to search for a specific group.
Once you have found the group you are looking for, you will be able see the latest happenings at once. For example, if new members joined or new replies have been posted.
You can then mark the group and return to it later by adding it to your “FAVORITES”, invite a friend, or subscribe to posts by selecting "SUBSCIBE TO NEWS ENTRIES".
You can also use Twitter, Facebook or other social networks to quickly update your friends about a group.
The "Members" section shows a listing of all members of a group. By clicking on a member´s profile, you can connect and share information with other members. The “DISCUSSION” feature allows you to talk with several members at once. Latest news and information can be found within the "NEWS" section.
The new feature "EVENTS" allows group members to advertise group related events.

Password:

You forgot your password and/or user name?

If you forgot your username or password, please click on „FORGOT USERNAME OR PASSWORD“ below the login button.

Please choose whether you have forgotten your username, password or both. You will then be asked several security questions and if your answers match the data in our system, you will receive an email including the missing information.

Images:

I am having issues adding pictures. Why?

If you are having troubles adding images, please send an email with a short descritpion of the issue to In support@worldangels.de.

Questions:

How can I close my question and mark it as answered?

Click on „EDIT“ on the page with the question below your profile picture. On the following page you will then be able to change the status of the question to "closed" and save it. Once you have closed the question, your issue is considered answered.

Recommendations:

What can I do if I am having issues with the "INVITE FRIENDS" feature?

In most cases, the issue can be resolved by refreshing the page. If refreshing the page does not resolve the issue, we recommend you log out and try it again (while being logged out).

In some cases the issue may be caused by your computer or rather your settings. Your popup-blocker may be preventing the link from opening. Therefore, please check the settings of your popup-blockers and make sure that your popup-blocker allows allows popups from www.worldangels.de.

Additions:

Is it possible to expand or add anything to the provider section?

We're always open for new ideas and suggestions. If you have any suggestions for improvement, just send an email with the desired change, a short description, and your reasons for the suggestion, to support@worldangels.de and we will get back to you.

Deletion:

How can I delete my account?

You are not able to delete your account yourself. However, our Support will be able to cancel your account. If you want to delete your account, please send an email with the subject line „Please delete my information“ to support@worldangels.de.

What can I do if someone posted a bad review of me?

If you feel that someone misleadingly posted a bad review, please contact us immediately at support@worldangels.de

Can I offer/sell my own products on the marketplace?

Yes, it is possible to offer/sell your own products. However, please note that the network should be used primarily to give recommendations and not to sell. At this point, our site does not offer a payment system for the user and we therefore DO NOT recommend to use the marketplace as a sales platform.

How can I advertise events? Is there any cost associated with it?

Advertising or setting up events, like everything at World Angels, is a free feature for private users as well as for providers.
